My Story

Eight Years of Mindful Teaching

I am Ella Rose, a UK-based yoga teacher with over eight years of experience helping clients move with confidence and clarity. My teaching blends precision, warmth, and practical mindfulness — making each session feel both purposeful and deeply restorative.

From intimate private studios to corporate wellbeing programmes across London and Manchester, I create inclusive classes that feel calm, elevated, and genuinely supportive.

My approach is shaped by a belief that yoga is not reserved for the flexible or the experienced — it is a practice for every body, at every stage of life.
