Here’s a photograph taken at Sopwell Manor in St.Albans, just as the mother and sister were helping to tie the brides dress.
Here’s a few wedding photographs that were taken at the Fox Country Inn Hotel, High Wycombe, taken while the bride and groom (in separate rooms) were preparing for the wedding ceremony. I always try to photograph little events like pinning of the buttonhole flowers as they help get across the mood and character of the day.
Here’s some wedding photography at Ardmore House Hotel St.Albans, a nice little venue for a St.Albans wedding.
This group of gents all had different cufflinks that represented something about their personality. I photographed a headshot of each groomsman and their cufflinks, that was then laid out accordingly in the wedding album. The bandstand area at Ponsbourne Park Hotel is a great place for an outdoor wedding ceremony.
The hours building up to the wedding ceremony are always full of emotions and excitement, which as a wedding photographer is great fun to capture. I try to get a mixture of wide-angle shots to capture what’s going on in the room, plus all the little details.
As a seasoned wedding photographer I never forget to photograph the flowers. Here’s a few photos of colourful wedding bouquets that I have shot. If your having a wedding in St.Albans I can highly recommend Flowers! Flowers! in Christopher Place.
This wedding at My Hotel (myhotel) Brighton was really great fun to photograph and the hotel has a great location right in The Lanes. Here’s a shot of the bridesmaid and bride.
The groom and groomsmen all popped to the pub for a swift pre-ceremony pint – a great way to calm the nerves too. The bridesmaid gave me strict instructions to make sure they only had one pint each (and no shots of tequila).
